Setember 16, 2008 - Dustin Bruso passed his Iku test (1st Degree Brown belt) at the Monday night class on September 15th. Tim Blake was his uke and Shomen consisted of Josef Roubal (nidan), and Phil Matcovich (nidan). Congratulations Dustin!

July 29, 2008 - Schedule change for class this Wednesday, July 30. It will begin 8:30 or so and continue to whenever. If the door is locked, please be patient. Class will be held at the normal time next week.

June 11, 2008 - At the Monday night class on June 9th, Dave Clement and Andrew Patterson passed their sankyu tests (3rd degree brown belt). Dave and Andrew were uke for each other. Also, Peter Buttino and Eric Decker passed their yonkyu tests (blue belt). Dave was uke for Peter and Andrew was uke for Eric. Shomen consisted of Etsuro Nishiyachi (nidan) and Phil Matcovich (nidan). Congratulations to all!

May 25, 2008 - Julio "Foca" Fernandez will host this years the Green Mountain Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Camp. It will be held at Lyndon State College, Lyndonville, VT on Saturday August 9th, and Sunday, August 10th. The cost is $495 which includes lodging and meals ($295 If paid in full by May 31st). April 6, 2008 - The videos posted on the Photos page did not work out very well. Only about half the people who tried could access them. It is not clear why (at least to me). Instead, to view the Pedro 2008 videos, go to www.youtube.com and search on "vermontjudo Pedro's" (without the quotes).
