Class Schedule and Calendar
Regular classes:
Mondays: 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Monday classes are teens and adults only
Saturdays: 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
Children and families are welcome to attend Saturday classes
Open Mat:
Thursdays: 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
$5 Mat Fee for Open Mat sessions
Open mats are only available for those with a minimum 3 months of experience
